President’s double standard!

A few months ago, our President was hell bent on hanging a few Drug Lords for carrying on the drug trade while serving in the Prisons. No doubt, these bootleggers who were evil to our society had to be eliminated.

However, recent reports say that the President is contemplating to grant pardon to a brutal murderer who is serving life imprisonment/death sentence. Reports say that the prisoner concerned has got a PHD while being in the prison. The Academic world knows that Phds are being awarded by some Universities after handing out a traditional Report and a huge monetary contribution to them. If the PHD obtained by this prisoner also comes under such an environment then it is clearly an attempt to evade punishment. In any case a PHD is not a qualification to escape punishment to a brutal murderer who should serve his sentence in full. After all, the convict has been tried in the Supreme Courts and found guilty of a brutal murder of another young girl who probably wanted to lead a fruitful and a happy life.

The public is curious to know whether the President will be retiring from politics after five years of chaotic governance or return to politics, as some conclusions can be made by the intelligent public for his unethical behavior. In any case, if he pardons this murderer before serving the sentence in full then, it is definitely a

Travesty of Justice.
