Ceylon Adventure Tours offers tourist-centric touring solutions

Ceylon Adventure Tours, a partnershi­p initiated on April 2, 2017 by Kolith and Ajith with around seven bikes, has grown into a company possessing around 40 bikes in Negombo, and mainly focuses on providing travel solutions to tourists who visit Sri Lanka.

The company arranges tours tailored to the demand of the foreigners who visit the country, ensuring a solid service from the time of pick-up from the airport, till the customers are dropped back at the airport.the company’s offerings include arrangemen­ts for hotels, vehicles, food and safety.

However, Ceylon Adventure Tours mainly specialise­s in on-road and off-road motorbike tours and renting for foreigners, offering bikes such as the Honda XR Baja 250, Honda XR 250 and Honda XR 230.The tours are not seasonal, but are organised according to the request of the guest, depending on the number of days.

When renting out to foreigners, a deposit is placed with the company, in accordance to an agreement. A 24 hour service is ensured for all the vehicles that are rented out.

If guests face any technical issue with the bike(s), the necessitie­s are looked into. Guests are provided with the option of jeep tours which are promoted in a place where the customer dislikes bikes. That too is not ridden on the normal route, but on special off roads.

The company recently announced that foreigners will also be able to join the jeep city tour in Negombo, which will be commenced soon. As a more comfortabl­e and practical alternativ­e to bikes and tuks, the company will provide a keep with an open roof top to give a better view and entertainm­ent.

Apart from organising these tours for foreigners, the company also announced that plans are underway to launch existing and other activities for locals as well, by next year.

This upcoming highly anticipate­d plans will entail tours including all the facilities in a full package, with food, accommodat­ion and fuel along with the guides.also, a group of bikers are available for those who plan to include bikes in wedding parades and procession­s.
