Capital Trust Properties­ztdh partner to market luxury Sky One Residences

Leading Sri Lankan real estate company Capital Trust Properties has partnered with Chinese constructi­on company Zhong Tian Ding Hui (ZTDH) Hong Kong Ltd to promote apartment sales at ‘Sky One Residences’ in Colombo 10.

Both parties bring to the table impressive knowledge and expertise in real estate, which leveraged together, will drive sales and revenue to make ‘Sky One’ a successful project.

Sky One Residences, developed by Sandal Colombo Ltd, is a fully-owned subsidiary of ZTDH. The projectsit­uated on a 1.5-acre plot of landthat comprises 349 well-appointed luxury apartments ranging from 547.60 sq. ft. to 1800 sq. ft., with one to three-bedroom options. All apartments are fully airconditi­oned with fully fitted kitchens, Italian tiles and high-quality imported lighting and bathroom fittings.

The residences will feature spacious living areas, complete security and safety, ease of access (dual elevator system), swimming pool, health and fitness centre, children’s play area, family party area, and an indoor sports complex.

To date, awardwinni­ng ZTDH has completed over 800 high-end projects around the world. The group has to date undertaken the developmen­t of Thurston 42 and Sky One Residences in Sri Lanka.

Zhong Tian Ding Hui is one of the top 500 enterprise­s and top 50 private enterprise­s in China. They have been awarded the Luban Prize, which is China’s highest award for quality in constructi­on 26 times. In 2018, Zhong Tian Ding Hui achieved an output value and sales revenue of US $ 20 billion.
