LB Finance facilitates Sri Lanka Army Commando Basketball team
One of Sri Lanka’s leading financial services brands, LB Finance, sponsored the Sri Lanka Army Commando Basketball team at the Ganemulla Army Commando Regiment on December 24, 2019.
The occasion was graced by Centre Commandant Colonel A.S.P. Silva alongside National Manager Business Process Development Sameera Wanninayaka and Assistant Manager Integrated Reporting and Sustainability Thusitha Wickrama, who were representing LB Finance.
The company sponsored the Sri Lanka Army Commando Basketball team, facilitating the members with jerseys, track kits, basketballs and other accessories that would be necessary for them while playing basketball.
LB Finance understands the effort, commitment and dedication fostered within individuals who are part of the military and sees that these soldiers take immense pride in whichever sport they take part in. Therefore, the company took steps to not only facilitate the soldiers’ sport with necessary accessories but also to boost the morale of the soldiers by celebrating those who risk their lives to ensure the island nation’s safety.
