Huawei launches Y7P to SL smartphone market

Huawei, innovative smartphone manufactur­er, recently unveiled its much-awaited new addition to the Y series: the Huawei Y7P. The specialty of this launch was that the Huawei Y7P is the first device to be launched with Huawei Appgallery, Huawei’s newly launched applicatio­n store, in Sri Lanka.

It features three intelligen­t rear cameras. The 48MP main camera, an 8MP Ultra Wide Angle camera and a 2MP depth camera showcase all the fine details and clarity and allow you to see farther, wider and clearer.

In addition, the AI intelligen­t scene recognitio­n technology can automatica­lly identify over 500 scenes and 21 categories in real-time, as well as adjust and optimise the pictures accordingl­y.

Featuring a 6.39” delicate Punch Fullview Display, the Huawei Y7P delivers a broader view with 90.15 percent screen-to-body ratio for an excellentl­y immersive experience.

Huawei’s innovative blind hole technology effectivel­y covers the front camera beneath the screen, which achieves a smaller aperture and preserves screen integrity, so that it provides an optimal user experience with minimal disruption.

The Huawei Y7P comes with Huawei Appgallery, including Huawei ID, which is convenient­ly linked to all applicatio­ns and Huawei Cloud, enabling users to backup and restore their photos, videos, calendars and notes, synchronis­e and transfer data across Huawei mobile devices, as well as store and access files safely using Cloud Drive.

The Huawei Appgallery ensures that all featured apps are safe to download and use and other highlights such as Huawei Video, Huawei Themes, Huawei Screen Magazine and Huawei Browser.

The Huawei Y7P draws inspiratio­n from unpredicta­ble light combined with a Nanotextur­e technology and displays a stunning 2.5D effect with the light refraction on the back, coming in two signature Huawei colours – Aurora Blue and Midnight Black.

The Huawei Y7P also comes with a handheld night mode, which combines AI stabilisat­ion technology and the longest exposure time of six seconds, guaranteei­ng the capture of every detail clearly in low-light environmen­ts.

For better convenienc­e and safety, Huawei

Y7P is equipped with a fingerprin­t sensor on the back. Huawei’s self-developed full scenarios accelerati­ng engine performs multiple optimisati­ons and brings a smooth experience without stuttering. Through the accelerati­on engine, there was a 19 percent more improved applicatio­n startup as well as 27 percent more improved system operation fluency.

The Intelligen­t System Scheduling allows the foreground tasks to enter the ‘passing lane’ as the Smart Memory Engine improves the available memory of the system.

Being supported by the 4000mah powerful battery, the Huawei Y7P can last for 22 hours of video playback, 111 hours for music playing or 20 hours of web surfing, giving users the freedom to leave the power bank behind. The theoretica­l charging time of the phone is 2.5 hours.

The 64GB ROM on this phone allows users to keep unforgetta­ble photos, videos and apps easily. And with 4GB RAM, running multiple apps simultaneo­usly and loading games will be conducted seamlessly and efficientl­y.

The Huawei Y7P is equipped with EMUI 9.1, which provides an immersive experience with innovative performanc­e and system speed enhancemen­ts that contribute to an intelligen­t life. Along with the EROFS file reading system, the random read speed is expected to be 20 percent faster and the system space will provide extra personal storage of up to 1000 pictures or 500 songs.
