COOKIE DOUGH BREAD
Dear readers, listen closely, this is indeed what your foodie dreams are made off. Cookies or biscuits, as we call them, are great in their usually found form, but even better when you put it in the form of a dish that you can have as a dessert, a slice of heaven with your afternoon tea or just because parenting is hard and you need some love!
It’s also extremely welcomed in lunchboxes and the versatility of it is that you can incorporate dried fruit or substitute healthier options and no-one would complain because...it’s cookie dough bread for crying out loud !!!! . As a novice and sensible cook I also prefer the easy to find and put together ingredients and cooking time, so therefore this was indeed a treasure find for me. Have some time to spare, then why not put this little beauty together, it will definitely become a family favourite!
