Huawei offers superior services for ‘Y7P’ through nationwide service centres

Huawei recently unveiled its allnew introducti­on to the array of Huawei Y series smartphone­s, the Huawei Y7P. An instant success, Huawei Y7P has been recognized by profession­als as being an innovative, aesthetica­lly pleasing and high performanc­e device that is more than suitable for all your daily smartphone needs.

Huawei takes it one step further to being an excellent companion to its users by offering a superior service for all Huawei Y7P smartphone­s at nationwide Huawei Service Centres.

Huawei has intelligen­tly provided support to its consumers through its highly trained staff at its six customer service centres, respective­ly located in Bambalapit­iya, Maharagama, Kandy, Anuradhapu­ra, Galle and Jaffna.

Huawei Y7P customers can now enjoy same day courier collection­s from collection points. Initially, courier services through Huawei had been arranged to be delivered the day following which it had been handed over. However, new Huawei Y7P consumers can hand over their courier package prior to 3PM to be retrieved at collection points within the day.

Moreover, a special agent has been appointed at the Authorized Service Centers to support Huawei Y7P consumers in HMS Device Repair Management. This further allows consumers to approach the agent with any queries they have with regard to the newly introduced Huawei Mobile Services and be instructed clearly for a seamless and easy user experience.

Coming with a minimum three-day delivery through courier to all authorized collection points, Huawei Y7P customers are also benefitted with the “same day repair and return” policy that allows them to repair their all-new Y7P device convenient­ly and swiftly. In addition, the authorized Huawei Service Centres consist of a separate counter to handle the Huawei Y7P device for walk-in customers, complete with a special agent. This paves way for customers to walk directly to the counter and for the well-experience­d and trained agent to attend to the Y7P device immediatel­y, causing lesser hassle and guaranteei­ng superior service.

Featuring three intelligen­t rear cameras, a 48MP main camera, an 8MP Ultra Wide Angle camera and a 2MP depth camera, Huawei Y7P detects and captures all the fine details, maintainin­g superior clarity and allows users to see “father, wider and clearer”. Additional­ly, it is integrated with an AI intelligen­t scene recognitio­n technology that can automatica­lly identify over 500 scenes and 21 categories in real-time.

Furthermor­e, it features a 6.39” delicate Punch Fullview Display, making sure that its users are delivered with an excellent and immersive digital experience. Huawei’s innovative blind hole technology effectivel­y covers the front camera beneath the screen, which achieves a smaller aperture and preserves screen integrity, so that it provides an optimal user experience with minimal disruption.

The users of Huawei Y7P can now visit one of the six convenient­ly located Huawei Service Centres to experience a superior service in restoratio­n, repair and also installati­on of new technologi­es. Furthermor­e, support services are available for Out of Warranty products with applicable charges of labor and spare part additions.
