GOOD VIBES

-

Creating good energy and harmony is the prime focus when implementing Feng shui recommendations. Although Feng shui corrections involve extensive analysis and calculations, there are a few important aspects which can be tweaked to derive more benefits.

The exteriors, interiors, layout and even the furniture arrangements have a great significance hence covering all these aspects would ensure that the building has good Feng shui. As Feng shui predominantly emphasises the flow of energy known as “chi” the focus would be to harmonise the flow of energy and create a sense of balance.

To create a good feng shui energy in your home or if you plan to buy a new property some of the basic guidelines listed below could help. ● Type of Energy at the Main Entry – A house which has a main entry designed to welcome, strengthen and channel the incoming Feng shui energy throughout the whole house is considered very good from the feng shui perspective. The quality of the energy is said to nourish the house and create good energy. For good Feng shui, the energy has to be attracted into the house and channelled through all rooms, especially the kitchen and the bedroom. ● Energy Flow to the Front Door - Is the Chi, or Feng shui energy flow blocked in its way to your front door by a tree or a rundown pathway? It is said that a house that has a smooth, strong and clear energy flow to its front door is a good Fengshui home. ● Exterior Feng Shui- Look at the outside of the house and the surrounding. Is the home close to the railroad or is the backyard sloped. These are very challenging from the Feng shui point of view. ● Three Zones – The three most important zones are kitchen, bedroom and bathroom as the energy quality depends upon the strength of Feng shui in the above zones. ● There can be no good Feng shui house without a good feng shui bedroom, a good feng shui kitchen and a good feng shui bathroom. ● Ushering in Freshness – Ensure there is no stagnant or old energy stuck in your home. When the space is nourished by fresh air and clean free flowing energy, the house benefits immensely. ● Impact of colours Balance the energy in your home according to the five Feng shui elements by bringing the most harmonious colours. ● De-clutter - Clear the clutter; check out on your closets, basement, and garage. After cleaning these areas ensure that you do not accumulate more clutter. Use the basics of space clearing at least once a week.

Everything in the universe is interconnected and is in constant flow and the energy keeps changing. Hence even after extensive clean up and having created a strong Feng shui foundation in the home, the job of maintaining good Feng shui continues by keeping the space clean and free of clutter.
