Mount Clifford Residencies back on track without delay

-

International Construction Consortium (ICC) has recommenced its residential project in the fastdeveloping city of Homagama, following the end of the countrywide lockdown and is confident that Mount Clifford Residencies will reach completion without any delays.

With the country reopened, ICC has resumed constructions by strictly adhering to the health guidelines imposed by the authorities.

Despite the stoppage of work, ICC is certain that the construction of Mount Clifford Residencies will be completed and ready to be handed over to home owners by mid-2021 as planned initially, with the systematic planning and construction techniques used.

The venture began in 2019, following the amazing success of the Mount Clifford Range project, which was carried out by ICC in partnership with NHDA, where all of the 688 apartments were sold out in three months.

The new venture comprises of two towers rising up to six floors, bearing 142 units. The floor area is 870 Sq Ft each, features two bedrooms, two washrooms, a living room plus a dining area, kitchen and a balcony.

With ICC’S expertise, all the apartments are designed to give a priority to natural cross ventilation while maintaining the spacious factor. While the project had its groundbreaking ceremony in July 2019, the Block A reached completion in October 2019, whereas Block B is planned to be completed by August 2020 while the construction of the swimming pool is scheduled to start by the same month. The upcoming Mount Clifford Residencies is high value for money as potential investors would get the entire urban living package starting from Rs.10.7 million.

The complex is easily accessible with it being located a stone’s throw away from the Homagama town and Kottawa Southern Expressway.

Furthermore, it’s also just minutes from the Faculty of Technology, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Institute of Technology, University of Moratuwa and NSBM Green University, amongst others.

ICC, established in 1980, enjoys a strong position in the local construction space and is recognised as one of the market leaders in the local construction sector. Having grown strength by strength to reap the benefits of being acknowledged as Sri Lanka’s leading building and civil engineering organisation, ICC has a proven track record in developing projects for the public and private sector.
