MBSL introduces two new real estate projects

The Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka and Finance PLC (MBSL) has newly introduced two real estate projects in Madampelle and in Negombo Marawila.

Customers will now have the opportunity of purchasing exquisitely residential land slots from these projects.

One of which of these two new projects at Katana-katana Madampella, ‘Dolce Vita’ is situated next to a pristine environment of a paddy field facing the Negombo-meerigama 251 bus route. The next project at Marawila Town, ‘La Paradise’ is located very close proximity to the Marawila town, adjacent to Colombo-chilaw main road.

Enhanced with key residential conveniences such as running water supply, three-phase electricity, fully developed road networks and tranquil atmosphere of the living environment, these projects are well suited for potential high and middle income clienteles.

In addition to that, the MBSL states that land slots of these two projects can be reserved by paying the total amount in full with impressive discounts or through easy payment loan schemes and free washing machine or a Samsung TV.

MBSL has introduced increasingly beneficial payment facilities for the customers of the said real estate projects. Just by paying Rs. 100.000 in cash, the buyers will be able to reserve the desired land slot and the rest can be settled within two weeks, which would include a special discount as well.

Or else, 40 percent of the total amount of the land slot can be paid within two weeks of reservation and a bank loan facility can be obtained for the remaining 60 percent of the amount to be paid. As a third option, customers are enabled to pay 50 percent of the land slot value within two weeks of reservation; then to pay the remaining amount in six equal installments on interest free basis.
