UNDER 15 CRICKET STARTS TODAY

The Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association has finalized arrangements to conduct the Under 15 Division One and Two cricket tournaments which are scheduled to get underway from today in venues around the island. The tournament will come alive after it was disrupted due to Covid pandemic and was not conducted last year.

Eight six teams divided into 14 groups will be in the fray in the Division One segment while 77 teams also divided into 14 groups will be in action in the Division Two segment.

Division One

Group ‘A’- Dharmapala Vidyalaya Pannipitiya, Carey, Nalanda College, Dharmapala College Kottawa, De La Salle College, thurstan.

Group ‘B’– Mahanama, St. Benedict’s, Ananda Sastralaya Kotte, Royal Panadura, Royal Colombo, Sri Jayawardenepura MV Kotte.

Group ‘C’– Veluwana MV Colombo, D.s.senanayake Colombo, Moratu MV, Sri Chandrajothi MV Yakkala, President’s Kotte, Lumbini MV.

Group ‘D’ – Wesley, Asoka MV Colombo, St. Peter’s , St. John’s Nugegoda, President’s Maharagama, St. Joseph’s.
