Colonial Motors Ceylon Ltd has been appointed as Authorised Importers and Distributo­rs for Sri Lanka and the Republic of the Maldives Colonial Motors Ceylon Ltd is a moving force in the local motor vehicle industry for over 10 decades.

Colonial Motors will soon launch the Mazda Skyactiv Technology in Sri Lanka. A revolution­ary rethink of the basic motor vehicle in terms of the engine, transmissi­on, chassis and body taking into considerat­ion safety and the environmen­t with the simple goal of bringing back the "exhilarati­on of motion" in an environmen­tally and socially responsibl­e manner. This technology will first be available in the Mazda new generation SUV, the Mazda CX5. The Mazda 2, Mazda 3 and Mazda 6 sedans and the double cab Mazda BT50 will also make their mark at the Colonial Motors showroom at Union Place.
