Initially it was a boys’ college but later it became a mixed school. The years between 1827 and 1956 was a particularly constructive period for this school as education was provided in the English medium, which produced prominent scholars to the nation.
This school possesses a long and glorious history and recently celebrated its 125th anniversary to show off its grandeur. So everybody sacrificed their time and shared their experiences in this tremendous task in moulding useful citizens for society.
