DMS Electronics provides cutting edge network solution for People's Leasing and Finance PLC

DMS Electronics, (DMSE) a pioneer ICT solutions provider in Sri Lanka, has successfully implemented the end-to-end networking solutions and cabling infrastructure at the People's Leasing & Finance (PLC) head office building in Borella.

The state of the art solution was deployed with high availability and a 10 Gigabit fibre backbone given the criticality of the network for their operations. A complete power over Ethernet solution that provides both data & voice capabilities covering the entire building is another key highlight of this solution.

"Our goal was to create a modern and robust network that would enable us to provide our customers with a superior service and convenience," said Mr. PrabathGunasena, Head of ICT of PLC.

The 12-storey PLC head office Buildingwas opened to commemorate People's Bank's 50th anniversary and has been recognized with several national and global awards and standards, including the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Information Security Management System Standard by Det Norske Veritas (DNV). The building also won the prestigious 5-star award for Best Office Architecture in both Sri Lanka and the Asia Pacific region at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2012.
