Dual victory for AkzoNobel Paints at NASCO 2014

Two members of the AkzoNobel Paints Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. Sales Team were recognised at NASCO 2014 amidst a record number of entries received by the competition to date. The winners, Indika Chandrawansa and Upali Ratnayake, were awarded at a festive ceremony celebrating Sri Lanka's sales force at Water's Edge recently. Chandrawansa won the Silver medal in the Front Line Sales category whilst Ratnayake took Bronze in the Territory Manager category. AkzoNobel owns Dulux, the leading paint brand in Sri Lanka and worldwide.

Attributing his team's success to AkzoNobel's core values, Mr. Priya de Mel, National Sales Manager, commented, "AkzoNobel's guiding principles are an inherent part of every individual across our global operation. Silver medal winner Indika Chandrawansa has been a part of the Akzo Nobel family for 6 years and has been an outstanding member of the sales team. Upali Ratnayake's Bronze medal comes 7 years after he joined the Sales team of the paint and coatings giant. The AkzoNobel sales team is no newcomer to the NASCO Awards stage, with medals being won by its members for 3 years running.
