On a recent visit to the PAT H E S T U DY ABROAD the CEO of the COLLEGE OF FUTURE LEARNING NEW ZEALAND Ms LIDDY TROTTER emphasized to the representa­tives at PATHE STUDY ABROAD the need and the demand for qualified CHEFS due to the global demand as well as the need for qualified CHEFS in New Zealand. Career opportunit­ies are in the spheres of pathways leading to career growth as CHEFS, COMMIS CHEFS, DEMI CHEFS, SOUS CHEFS, leading up to the position of EXECUTIVE OR HEAD CHEF.
