The report, “Leading Institutio­ns by Long-Term Duration of Study Abroad,” ranks CSUMB as No. 8 among its peer institutio­ns – master’s degree-granting colleges and universiti­es.

Studying abroad for longer periods encourages cultural immersion and provides more opportunit­ies for world travel, overseas internship­s and a stronger sense of academic stability. The exposure received enables the student to be globally competitiv­e.

Students who join NCHS will directly enroll and be recognized as students of CAL STATE Monterey Bay. They are given the option of choosing to do a degree of their choice on completion of the 2 years at NCHS.

The pathway programs are specially designed to prepare students for success in their further studies. Freshman Year Students who have completed their O/ Levels can apply for the CAL STATE Freshman Year at NCHS, and gain fast tracked entry to a bachelor degree in just 8 months.

Students who complete the CAL STATE Freshman Year at NCHS, Sri Lanka, may progress directly to the 2nd year of a bachelor degree at CAL STATE Monterey Bay, USA. Sophomore Year Students who have completed their A/Levels can apply for theCAL STATE Freshman/ Sophomore Year with exemptions at NCHS, Sri Lanka

On successful completion of the Sophomore year at NCHS, students may directly progress to the 3rd year of a bachelor degree at CAL STATE, Monterey Bay, USA

Students also have the flexibilit­y to apply for these programs with pending results Located in the heart of Colombo 03, NCHS offers the best facilities which include purpose-built engineerin­g and computer laboratori­es, a resource-oriented library, study areas and ample parking space and reputed academics to administer the programs.
