DSS register third successive win

- Bandaranay­ake in two drawn games

D.S. Senanayake College registered their third successive victory when they defeated Maharagama President’s College in the ongoing Singer Schools Under-15 Division I All Island cricket tournament match played S. De S. Jayasinghe College Grounds recently.

Earlier DSS beat Ananda Sastralaya, Kotte and Asoka Vidyalaya with the first match of the season against Nalanda ending in a no-decision. A fine allround outfit with superb teamwork is the secret behind their success. Led by Lahiru Samaranaya­ke DSS lads scored their victories with ease exhibiting their allround capabiliti­es.
