Häfele hosts Ramadan Iftar cooking programme with Chef Nimnaz Ansar

The International leader in German Hardware Technology, Häfele recently hosted a live cooking programme in line with the upcoming Ramadan festivities at the state of the art Design Centre located in Nandana Gardens, Colombo 04. While 16 ladies took part for the Ramadan Iftar cooking and tasting session, the show was conducted by Chef Nimnaz Ansar.

A lead Business Consultant by profession with a degree in Computing, Chef Nimnaz is well known for her signature speciality Lava Cakes and brownies available at exclusive outlets, which was started as a hobby followed by her passion and love for cooking and baking.

At Häfele, Chef Nimnaz showcased her culinary skills in few delicious items which can be made for Iftar within a short span of time yet differently by presenting how to make Chicken Konjee, Chicken Satay, Beef Rolls Baked, Fish Puff and Chicken Wings in a Live Kitchen Environment at the Design Centre.

“I am amazed at the technological advancement of Häfele Appliances and how it made cooking simply fun” said Chef Nimnaz who had a firsthand experience of the Häfele kitchen during her show surrounded by an enthusiastic audience.
