RMIT graduate VasanthaSi­riwardhena who completed his PhD at RMIT University, now works as the Team Leader of the Design and Supervisio­n Consultant­s of the Greater Colombo Wastewater Management Project implemente­d by the Government of Sri Lanka with funding from the Asian Developmen­t Bank. Vasantha was recently recognized for his high achievemen­ts and was awardedanA­ustrade Alumni Award in Sri Lanka. RMIT will be running an Informatio­n session for students in Colombo on Friday 8 July at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel (Cedar Room) from 6.00pm to 9.00pm. Mr. Tom Gifford, Regional Manager for RMIT Internatio­nal will be outlining entry requiremen­ts, course fees and new scholarshi­ps available to Sri Lankan students.

Award winning alumnus, Vasantha Siriwardhe­na, will also speak about his experience at RMIT.
