Certis Lanka rewards its employees

Commercial and industry security specialists, Certis Lanka group rewarded it’s employees at a glamorous “awards ceremony” held at the BMICH.

This gala event was organised to coincide with the 39th anniversary celebrations of the Certis Lanka Group. At this event the company felicitated their employees across the group for various achievements and contributions to the company during the past year. The company identified over 30 recipients and presented them with glittering trophies and handsome cash rewards. The event was graced by honourable Sagala Ratnayake, Minister for Law and Order And Southern Development, Mr Lester Chua, Vice President International Business Development, Certis International, Chairman of Certis Lanka Group Sanka Wijesinghe and Mr Vipul Hettige Group CED/CEO.

In addition to rewarding it’s employees, Certis Lanka Group awarded scholarships to 62 children of it’s employees, who have performed well at the gce o/l and gce a/l examinations, to further their academic aspirations.

The year 2016 has been declared the “year of human resource development” under the tagline of “shaping people for the future” certis lanka have organized many activities for its human capital development for 2016.

Another special feature will be the launch of “medical & distress fund for its employees” to help the needy.
