Speed Land ground breaks “Speed City” in Kottawa
Speed Land (Pvt) Limited, the newest member of Speed Group of Companies, launched its first housing development project “Speed City” at Kottawa recently.
Expressing his views on the unveiling of this property and housing development project, Nishantha Delgoda, the key architect behind the founding of Speed Group of Companies said:

Speed City” is a Property and Housing Development Project encompassing 40 plots of land with pipe-borne water, threephase electricity, a wide network of roads and all other conveniences. It is situated in close proximity to the Kottawa entry point of the Expressway. With easy access, one can reach Colombo within a short time span.
These plots of land will be sold at prices to match the respective income levels, especially of private sector executives and the middle class. Steps have also been taken to arrange credit facilities from recognized commercial banks to prospective buyers.
