From today, customers will be notified of the progress of any service, maintenanc­e or repair job that they have entrusted to the Service Centre, by SMS on their mobile phone.

From the time the customer hands over an appliance to Abans Service Centre for service, maintenanc­e or repairs, an SMS on your mobile phone will indicate the job number, with which you will be in a position to check the progress of the job on line at www.abanservic­e.lkor by calling 115555888.

As the job progresses and job estimates need to be updated, valuable time is saved by customers being notified by SMS. Payment could be made directly online using a secured payment option or additional options could be obtained by logging on to the Service Centre website or calling the hotline number given above.

And finally, when the job is completed, you will receive an SMS informing you that your appliance is ready for delivery/collection.
