The Management Information Division (MIS) offers a wide array of IT courses to after AL students. For a beginner the path to earn an internationally recognized degree begins with Certificate Course in Computer Science or most popularly known as CCS. Over the last five decades the CCS course has taught the basics of computer science to millions of youth in the country. In addition to the CCS, the division also offers a range of certificate courses in Application Packages, Computer Programming, Software Engineering, Web Development, Graphic Design, Hardware and Networking. With this solid foundation the students can then decide which path they want to trod in the filed of IT by choosing from the Diploma in Computer System Design (DCSD), Diploma in Software Engineering (DSE), Diploma in Computer Networks (DCN), Diploma in Management Information Systems(DMIS) or Advanced Diploma in Advertising and Multimedia(ADAM). The path then leads to the Higher Diploma level making the students ready for the industry. On successful completion of the Higher Diploma level, the students can select an internationally recognized university at the National School of Business Management (NSBM) which is the degree school of NIBM, to complete their degree. The final two years of the degree can be followed either as a part time student while working in the industry with your hands on experience, or as a full time student while you experience the full scale university life at NSBM.
