Sampath introduces ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ a unique payment option

A pioneer in unveiling a wide range of online banking services, Sampath Bank in partnershi­p with the national carrier, SriLankan Airlines, recently announced the introducti­on of ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ – a unique internet payment option for purchasing airline tickets without the use of a credit or debit card.

‘Book Now, Pay Later’, the newest addition to Sampath Bank’s diverse portfolio of Online Banking services is one of the first of its kind to be introduced to the industry. As a result of Sampath Bank’s unwavering commitment to understand its customers’ needs and cater to them through innovative and convenienc­e driven services, ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ provides the convenienc­e of booking flight tickets via www.srilankan.comwith a unique payment option to either “Pay Now” or ‘Pay Later’.

With the option “Pay Later”, customers can relish the privilege of transactin­g payments for their reserved tickets within 48 hours post booking. Payments for the flight ticket can be made either through Sampath Bank’s renowned Internet Banking platform ‘SampathVis­hwa’, or through Sampath Bank’s mobile banking app, in addition to the option of over the counter payments at any Sampath Bank branch.
