LMRB retains its position as Asia’s Best Employer brand
At a prestigious ceremony held in Singapore recently, LMRB received the award of Asia’s Best Employer Brand for the second year running, having won the same award in 2015 as well.
These awards, endorsed by the Asian Confederation of Businesses, are hosted by the Employer Branding Institute,an organisation managed by professionals from various countries and geographies.
The winners were selected based on recommendations made by a panel of professionals and a Jury comprising senior leaders, researchers and academics from across the globe who evaluated organisations on creatinga culture of contribution and innovation at work, being exemplary in Learning and Development Initiatives, being a social employer, making consistent improvements in HR Policy and developing future leaders.
Himalee Madurasinghe, Chief Executive – LMRB, who was invited to take part in the panel discussion on ‘What Great Employer Brands Really Do’, elaborated on the organization’s thinking and HR practices as follows:
