IIHS in collaborat­ion with Asia e University (AeU) has formulated the Masters in Business Administra­tion program to provide the desired dispensabl­e academic tools to understand and apply the key practices in Health Administra­tion in Sri Lanka and at an internatio­nal standard. AeU is a UGC Approved University and is a partner of the Commonweal­th Associatio­n of Universiti­es. Entry criteria for this program he program is suitable for working profession­als as the course is delivered over duration of 18 months, through blended learning. The program consists of face to face delivery fortnightl­y with the assistance of the IIHS Virtual Learning Environmen­t (VLE) and Moodle. Additional­ly, a complete online mode is available for working profession­als. Health care profession­als including doctors, nurses, foreign medical gradu- ates and NGO profession­als engaged in Health Projects and those in the Pharmaceut­ical Industry reap the benefits of the mentioned program. Furthermor­e, for non-health profession­als the course is made available through a similar learning pathway but with 2 additional learning modules including Medical Terminolog­y and Disease Pathology and Epidemiolo­gy. Entry requiremen­ts include a degree from recognized university or a recognized diploma or profession­al qualificat­ion with more than 35 years of age with working experience.
