Outstanding Lecturer in the field of Telecommunication
Miss. Kuluni Peiris is a Telecommunication Advanced Diploma studentbrilliant, outspoken, diligent, hardworking dedicated student, who shown throughout her career at APSS.
She comfortably, with toil & perseverance was able to win the Gold Medal of excellence awarded by City & Guilds UK – 2015/2016 bringing in recognition / reputation to APSS International, as a Telecommunication System Lecturer.

Excellent Kuluni Peiris, daughter of a Flight Engineer, attached to the Sri Lankan Airlines, an old student of Musaeus College & O.L.V. Convent and gained Diploma at Sri Lanka Telecom Training Centre. Completed Advanced Diploma at APSS International. Here’s what Kuluni has to say – In her own version –
I joined & realized that the Director and the head lecturer Professor Chandirabose, not only promoted our education as a whole, but individually assisted us in appreciating our goals. After receiving two Distinctions for my achievement in the Advanced Diploma studies, I was awarded the Medal of Excellence for year 2012-2013. Later I started following the Graduate Diploma in Applied Telecommunications. And along with the ingenious guidance of Prof. Chandirabose I was able to pass Graduate Diplomawith Distinction passes for four subjects out of ten.
About a year and a half ago Prof. Chandirabose invited me to conduct the Telecommunications Diploma and Advanced Diploma classes of the institute. I heartily accepted the challenge as I was very keen to gain experience and more knowledge. When conducting the classes I always strived to match the high standard of our institute. And I have to thank APSS International Networks(Pvt) Ltd and Prof. Chandirabose for the success of this endeavor.
I also wish to thank the City&Guilds UK, for recognizing the hard-working, talented and enthusiastic students and teachers alike and giving them a platform.

Of course, life has given us wings that we must go search beyond our dreams. I am MadhaveeUthpala, A Sri Lankan 25 years old fresh Quantity Surveyor. The path of chasing dreams was started from a younger period by hilariously answering for the question “who would you become at future? “. But the answer I gave was the base to start in engineering field, and certainly made me curious towards the Mathematical thinking and problem solving. With the free but conventional education I have been learning up to advance level and have been chosen to study Quantity surveying at University of Moratuwa instead of Engineering field due to the limited resources of government education. But the thirst for the engineering knowledge never ceased and therefore I started to look for new ways to fulfill that. City and Guilds was there as an answer to guide through my dream and I knew for certain that it would be a suitable vocational qualification to work with. It is well established, well reputed and it has got a good name for the academics. The students who had passed out had always showed the confidence with the work and the knowledge. So my journey began again with wings given by APSS International Networks(Pvt) Ltd.My educational milestones at the APSS International Networks(Pvt) Ltd can be concluded as follows.
I have started my education in APSS International Networks(Pvt) Ltd through Advanced Technician Diploma in Construction which made me to the success with two Distinction passes including one for engineering subject: Structural Elements, geology, Soil Mechanics and Hydraulics. Lectures at APSS International Networks(Pvt) Ltd are the pillars of my success in winnings gold medal in medal of excellence. They have given me enough courage and confidence to fulfill my dream. Finally I have succeeded with all the helping hands of APSS International Networks(Pvt) Ltd. Therefore I would like to give my heartfelt gratitude to APSS International Networks(Pvt) Ltd. Also I like to mention that the success is not really belongs to me butto the APSS International Networks(Pvt) Ltd.
Further I am willing to undergo Graduate Diploma in Construction and Post Graduate Diploma in Construction at APSS International Networks(Pvt) Ltd Institute to touch the limit of my dream.

Electrical and Electronic engineering, Telecommunication System, Construction Industry, Quantity Surveying courses followed full time and part time by students who are employed or either to migrate to enhance their knowledge, complete their Degree which is open to their choice.
APSS International also on humanitarian thought and compassion on certain instances allow the facility of payment on installments of those on humanitarian compassionate grounds that is in distress as special concessions.
A competitive student with A/L could complete Diploma in 6 months, Advanced Diploma in 6 months, and Graduate Diploma (B.Eng. Hons) British standard within 1 year which is an admirable achievement.
