Assisting the sales and marketing teams with administra­tive matters and working closely in developing market insights, analyzing sales ,ensuring global standards are met , monitoring & measuring the pre & post - trade & marketing executions and its respective impact on business growth , Madushya enthusiast­ically explained “the company culture is fast paced and excitingwi­th an incredible team culture both within each market and on a national level.It has a great autonomy and opportunit­y to challenge the status quo and has helped me gain an incredible opportunit­y to experience how an innovative leading global brand operates and has allowed me to establish my profession­al base for future developmen­t and success.“

Holding a Bachelor of Business: Double Major in Marketing and Management from Australian College of Business and Technology( ACBT) which is an affiliate of Edith Cowan University, Australia, she was the Batch Top in 2015 as well as suc- cessfully attaining a position in the Dean’ List of 2015, She is also an ACCA graduate who has achieved in winning two Sri Lankan prizes.

A thriving future.: With her forte being to work in an environmen­t. that fosters success, and which promotes working independen­tly, and responsibl­y, Madushya has set her vision to someday be an entreprene­ur and run her own NGO.Outlining her plans to attain these goals Madushya commented that she wanted to further enhance her knowledge by studying for an MBA from a top ranked university .After an extensive search to select an MBA that met her criteria of gaining further excellence in knowledge, she chose the MBA from the University of Walesto help elevate her career to the next level.

Getting ready to be a changemake­r : “I always wanted to be involved in challengin­g and inspiring work, that pushes you past your comfort zoneand definitely challenge you on a day-to-day basis, added Madushya. “My NGO therefore will be one that will inspire, harness and build entreprene­urship, where everyone can be a changemake­r and each individual have the power to make a difference in his/her own way.I strongly believe thatentrep­reneurs are the backbone of any countries economy and contribute in a major way to a nation’s wealth.”
