Astoria Tower 1 unveiled paving way for master stroke finish by end 2017

-

The grand venture into Sri Lanka, the AVIC Astoria apartments project has unveiled Tower 1, an undertaking from multinational Chinese company Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), a Global 500 company. The recent launch was held in ceremonial pomp at the Kingsbury Hotel in Colombo on December 21st, 2016 and proved as good timing to concurrently conduct Christmas celebrations with gratitude to the immense support from local and foreign investors who have been involved with the project since its inception in 2014.

A most significant element about this groundbreaking project is the exclusivity of the location which has been vital in the foreseeing of this venture into Sri Lanka. The country had gradually cumulated optimistic eminent enthusiasm in the form of investments and the real estate sector has shown signs of mounting growth thanks to unique and conceptualized projects such as the AVIC Astoria.

Potential homeowners would be exposed to not only an expanse of amazing visuals of the sea on one side but will also be privileged to experience a ritzy lifestyle surrounded by the best of both worlds. Situated in a medial location overlooking Galle Road on the seaside and Duplication Road on the other, it is hard to fathom that the Astoria would stand on its own dedicated territory of a 3 acre expanse. In comparison with other major apartment projects that have been anticipated to rise up within hotspot locations in the capital, the Astoria singularly holds ground as the only high-rise luxury apartment complex to spring up in the area of Colombo 03, thus delineating the Astoria as ‘the’ living space in the city of Colombo.

The unique structuring format that the construction process had entailed paves the way for not only living spaces but also a full blown concoction of facilities such as branded and world renowned shopping boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants, designated parking space, a well-facilitated gym, clubhouse, children’s’ area and a prodigious swimming pool designed to cater to all homeowners who seek a moment of poolside relaxation during relevant times without any compromise in relation to congestion. The fact is that all these facilities and more would only prove viable to the homeowner’s undisturbed disposal without creating a bottleneck in terms of the number of residents in all 608 apartments.

Currently, Tower 1 is a work in progress and this tower will be designed to accommodate 150 apartments in 40 levels. Astoria will mainly incorporate three types of 03c bedroom apartments and two types of 02 bedroom apartments
