Cinnamon Hotels HR awarded Gold at HCM Awards
The human resources team of the resorts sector at Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts recently bagged a Gold award at the Sri Lanka Human Capital Management Awards 2016 (HCM Awards 2016).
The team won Gold for overall human resource practices, whilst also bagging the category award for ‘Talent Acquisition and On-Boarding’ and was the only hospitality brand to receive high recognition at this year’s event, alongside three other gold award winners from leading corporates.
Themed ‘Shift 2020’ – this year’s awards ceremony was conducted by the Association of Human Resource Professionals (HRP) in partnership with the National Human Resources Development Council of Sri Lanka (NHRDC). Conducted with the technical support of the Society Human Resources Management India (SHRM), this award sets the benchmark for industry best practices in the field of HR.
