The latest or the 8th of the ‘Fast & Furious’ series, ‘The Fate of the Furious’, a super action thriller now being screened at a number of theatres in Colombo and the outstation­s.

Directed by F. Gary Gray, the film is comprised of most of the previous iconic cast including Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges, Scott Eastwood, Nathalie Emmanuel, Kurt Russell and Charlize Theron.

When a mysterious woman seduces Dom into the world of terrorism and a betray- al of those closest to him, the crew face trials that will test them as never before. Now that Dom and Letty are on their honeymoon and Brian and Mia have retired from the game-and the rest of the crew has been exonerated-the globetrott­ing team has found a semblance of normal life.
