The Deakin STEM Scholarship

The Deakin Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Scholarship is your chance to pursue a science and technology degree from one of the top 50 young universities in the world*. Deakin is now offering a 20% scholarship for select international students^ who study an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree in the above study areas. The scholarship also applies to Deakin’s unique Master of Science (Research), which prepares students for PhD study. QS and Times Higher Education Under 50 Rankings ( 2016) ^ This scholarship is only available to select nationalities includes Sri Lanka.

How to apply

All students who apply for eligible courses will be automatically assessed for the scholarship, and will be advised of the outcome. There is no need to complete a scholarship application form. Scholarship value 20% off tuition fees for the normal duration of your degree. Recipients must continue to meet eligibility requirements during their Deakin studies to continue receiving this scholarship; see eligibility criteria below. Other fees not covered by this scholarship may apply. The STEM scholarship will not be applied to study beyond the normal duration of the course ( whether because of additional units undertaken or repeated units).
