Wisdom Business Academy Celebrates 15 Years Of Excellence

Wisdom Business Academy celebrated 15 years of excellence on last week at Galadari hotel Colombo. Wisdom Business Academy, the premier business school for CIMA education is Sri Lanka, commenced its operations in 2002 with the noble interest of setting up a quality education institution which can meet the challenges of molding future management accountancy professionals to the country. At present Wisdom Business Academy is proudly represented as the “Largest CIMA Business School in Sri Lanka”, and the student number has grown from a mere 600 to a staggering 5000 student enrolments per year. This year Wisdom Business Academy is celebrating their 15th anniversary and proud to be producing the highest number of CIMA graduates in Sri Lanka, to take-up the challenging next generation corporate world as future business leaders.

Wisdom Business Academy was awarded the prestigious “CIMA Learning Partner” status in 2004, and presently enjoys the status as a “Global Premium Learning Partner of CIMA” which is the highest accreditation given to a CIMA teaching institution in the world. The Group General Manager of Wisdom, Mr. Chinthaka Wijayaratne stated that a special MBA programme is planned to be launched in collaboration LSM, through their partnership with University of Northampton, UK, which is the latest value addition to a student completing the CIMA qualification. This MBA programme will earn many validated exemptions and CIMA students will hugely benefit with this programme by flexible learning methods as well as convenient payment plans and moreover minimum time investment where, graduates could expect to further up their career within a shorter period, still having obtained a world class MBA. The partnerships with LSM will be an exclusive strategic alliance with Wisdom.
