Strategy and Innovation are the fundamenta­l determinan­ts of competit ive advantage. All Managers need to be strategic and innovative, irrespecti­ve of their industry or function. In order to develop these competenci­es amongst Managers and Executives, HRMI has embarked on a comprehens­ive course of studies which has a FAST TRACK admission pathway to the globally recognised MBA from University of Northampto­n in UK. Strategic Planning and Mana g i n g Innovation modules of the MBA Coursework Stage are exempted together with some concession­s from the course fees.
