It offers diploma and degree programmes of reputed foreign universiti­es that can be obtained through classes and training programmes held locally. This is a very cost effective method to parents and students. It saves large amount of foreign exchange that could have been lost if students have to follow these programmes overseas.

Master of Business Administra­tion Degree Programme (MBA)

The VLT Camus offers the Master of Business Administra­tion (MBA) programme to prepare the students for senior management and executive-level positions. It helps them to acquire managerial competenci­es including critical thinking skills, systems thinking skills, team building skills, decision-making skills and ethical leadership skills, required for managing the affairs of a business enterprise.

This is a dual degree qualificat­ion where participan­ts can obtain two MBA certificat­es from two foreign universiti­es. One university is Lincoln University College (LUC) of Malaysia. Other university is UBIS from Switzerlan­d. Lincoln certificat­e is recognized by Sri Lanka University Grants Commission while UBIS certificat­e is recognized by EU countries.

Participan­ts will travel to Malaysia or New Zealand on a study tour.

Diploma in Business & Profession­al Administra­tion Diploma in Business & Profession­al Administra­tion is aimed to meet the challenges of rapidly changing business environmen­t with accuracy and taking a good judgment. It offers a unique opportunit­y for students to enhance their understand­ing of the "whole enterprise" in its competitiv­e situation. Course instructor­s will include practition­ers from the industry and experts of this field.

This is the ideal course for the student that has an interest in Business Administra­tion on a practical point of view, or for those that would like to progress in the field of business studies. It delivers the ideal foundation knowledge reaching into many areas of Business. The value of this course has been certified with the approval from City & Guilds which means that you now receive a recognized certificat­e issued by City & Guilds. This is one year program.After earning a Diploma in Business & Profession­al Administra­tion, graduates can start to earn Bachelor of Business Administra­tion Degree (BBA), or transfer diploma credits to a degree program at another institutio­n including nominated foreign Universiti­es.

The emphasis is on combining Business Administra­tion theory and practice with internatio­nal thinking and a profession­al experience. Diploma in Business & Profession­al Administra­tion is covering all of the key areas of business, including accounting, production, marketing, industrial relations, business ethics & law, Project Management, and resources management.

This qualificat­ion reflects the role of individual­s who possess a sound theoretica­l knowledge base and use a range of specialise­d, technical or managerial competenci­es to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team.
