Selfie ban on roads, rail tracks: Discussions on

National Council for Road Safety Chairman Dr Sisira Kodagoda told the Sunday times that talks are being held with the police and Transport Ministry legal officers on how legal action could be taken on people taking selfies on main roads and rail tracks.

He said last year 13 deaths occurred due to selfie accidents, while for the five months this year the number is already 19.
