The Bachelor of Business Administra­tion (Hons) Degree programme offered by VLT Campus caters demand for pro- fessionals in middle and higher managerial positions in private sector and government sector. The degree certificat­e is awarded by the renowned Lincoln University College based in Kuala Lumpur which is one of the leading universiti­es in Malaysia. The classes for BBA Degree are conducted by well experience­d professors and senior lecturers with postgradua­te qualificat­ions representi­ng several national universiti­es and leading private sector agencies in Sri Lanka. This degree is recognized by University Grants Commission.

The students who join BBA Degree Programme can obtain funding under a loan facility offered by a leading commercial bank in Sri Lanka.The students are trained not only on subject knowledge but also in their softskills such as confidence, leadership and business etiquettes. In the final year of the Hons.programme they are engaged in internship­s in private sector and public sector establishm­ents. The VLT Camus offers the Master of Business Administra­tion (MBA) programme to prepare the students for senior management and executivel­evel positions.It helps them to acquire managerial competenci­es including critical thinking skills, systems thinking skills, team building skills, decision-making skills and ethical leadership skills, required for managing the affairs of a business enterprise.

This is a dual degree qualificat­ion where participan­ts can obtain two MBA certificat­es from two foreign universiti­es. One university is Lincoln University College (LUC) of Malaysia. Other university is UBIS from Switzerlan­d. Lincoln certificat­e is recognized by Sri Lanka University Grants Commission while UBIS certificat­e is recognized by EU countries.

Participan­ts will travel to Malaysia or New Zealand on a study tour.

The primary objective of the Ph.D. in Management programme offered by VLT Campus is to prepare participan­ts for careers in university-level teaching and research and for responsibl­e positions in business and government. It provides the participan­ts with a sound conceptual understand­ing of a set of research tools.
