Browns Agriculture plays key role in Government lead drought assistance initiative
The Browns Agriculture Division was selected by the Government of Sri Lanka as the preferred partner inits initiative to distribute water to the drought affected communities in the country. Browns TAFE 45DI Tractors were chosen for this endeavor and the ceremony for handing over the tractors to the respective District Secretarial Offices in the drought affected areas took place at Temple Trees recently with Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest. The programme was initiated under the leadership and guidance of President Maithripala Sirisena and was organised by theMinister of Home Affairs,Vajira Abeywardena.
