Education process is in a way a production process. Education performs a task similar to the production made by a certain industry for the requirement of the society. Here they do not make physical production, but create individuals with skills and positive attitudes. In fact it is a process of facilitating learning or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values and good habits. This is a highly challenging as well as responsible task. NIBM can be identified as an institution, which has been engaged in performing this task for a long period. Dr. D. M. A.
