Asian Internatio­nal Academy (AIA) offers merit based scholarshi­ps from University of London

LKR 600,000 worth scholarshi­ps for selected candidates

Asian Internatio­nal Academy (AIA), a new generation institute which focuses on innovation, equality and contempora­ry study programmes, announced the launch of granting merit based scholarshi­ps for the entire gamut of University of London (UOL) degree programs in Sri Lanka. All preferred candidates would require to sit for an examinatio­n in order to be eligible for the performanc­e at this examinatio­n will be used for the scholarshi­p.

The examinatio­n will be held in the month of August. The classes will commence in September. Through the unmatched merit based scholarshi­p programme of a LKR 600,000 students would be able to follow their preferred Degree of choice namely, BSc Accounting and Finance (Hons), BSc Economics and Management (Hons) (LSE), both lead by London School of Economics College and LLB (Hons).

The University of London LLB programme is one of the most prestigiou­s law programmes in Europe and is one of the longest running law programmes in the UK. This programme gives you a good insight into the English legal system and lays a foundation to practice law in many countries around the world (subject to local requiremen­ts). This LLB degree is not only for students who aspire to become lawyers. This degree opens you many other avenues ranging from careers in corporate world, public sector and diplomatic missions. The BSc Accounting and Finance degree is developed and awarded by University of London (UOL), UK and the Lead College London School of Economics and Political Science. The degree is ideal for those who are interested in a career in accounting and finance or those who are profession­ally qualified in accountanc­y and would like obtain a world class academic qualificat­ion. The BSc Economics and Management degree is a fine balance between highly quantitati­ve economic subjects and more practical management subjects.
