Winning Lessons from Buchanan
John Buchanan, record-setting former Australian cricket coach and nowworld-renowned strategist in leadership & peak performance,will be in Sri Lanka to coach local corporates, leaders and individuals on enhancing performance through winning lessons from the sporting arena.
The program, set to be held on the 12th of October at Taj Samudra, Colombo, is presented by ‘ R& R’ of Unitum Lanka ( Pvt) Ltd. R& Ris a concept focusedon providing a unique blend of experience and expertise from both the corporate world and sporting arena, and is the resulting brainchild of the collaboration between former Sri Lankan cricket captain and ICC Elite Panel Match Referee Roshan Mahanama with corporate leader and regionally established marketing guru Ravi Jayawardena, both of whom will be joining John Buchanan on stage as speakers.

The event will consist of two main programs; starting off with the CEO/ Director Breakfast Forum, an exclusive program focused on guiding corporate leaders through the development of their own leadership philosophies, ensuring that inspiring legacies are left behind. This will be followed by the Leadership Summit designed for senior and middle level managers in both public and private sectors. Here, John Buchanan will deliver his executive program,coaching participants on how to think and act differently, to release their untapped leadership potential.
Robert Ford, one of Australia’s experienced leaders in the Banking & Finance industry, and presently the CEO of the International Leaders Network will also join the elite group of speakers at the forum, sharing his expertise in facilitating leadership development, mentoring and networking.
A Panel Discussion and Q&A Session with the participation of John Buchanan, Robert Ford, Roshan Mahanama and Ravi Jayawardena will analyze the strategies spoken during the forum, enabling participants to relate the learnings of the programand apply them in their day-to-day business environments.
