Orientatio­n – October 2017

The next step of the journey is at hand as newly enrolled students prepare for life at university.

The October intake of the Swinburne Foundation programme at the Nawaloka College of Higher Studies will enter the college and commence with the orientatio­n programme on the 6th of October, 2017.

The orientatio­n programme has been designed in order to give the students an overview as they commence their new chapter. Officiated by academic and administra­tive staff of NCHS, the event will welcome the students, share informatio­n and answer questions that the students would have.

Dr. Alan Robertson, Dean of Studies, NCHS will inaugurate the event by welcoming the students and thereafter introducin­g the campus facilities, resources and staff. Dr. Robertson will give a brief on the campus culture, thereby setting the stage for the student’s university life.

This will be followed by presentati­ons and discussion­s on areas such as transition to Australia, academic informatio­n and student life by other members of the NCHS staff.
