A number of researches have observed that mindfulness makes perfect sense for treating anxiety, and psychologists promote mindfulness for the treatment of depression and cognitive rumination. The seminar on “Mindfulness in Clinical Psychology” is for anybody interested in a career in psychology.
Resource Person
Mr Metteyya Brahmana has over 15 years of experience in counseling, research, teaching, writing, product management, business development, etc. At present he is a PhD candidate in Psychology at Saybrook Unive r s i t y, San Francisco, California. He completed his Master’s in California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, MBA in Babson College in Massachusetts, and BSc in UC Berkeley.
