Arecent survey conducted brought to view that the students at Nawaloka College of Higher Studies have an average satisfaction level significantly higher in the satisfaction levels at other similar institutions. There was also a link between the satisfaction levels, to the success rates, with the combined success at foundation and diploma being more than 90%.
According to the journal of educational and instructional studies of the world (August 2014, Volume: 4 Issue: 3 Article: 02 ISSN: 21467463) it was stated that university students’ satisfaction with the physical environment and services provided in a higher education institution is an indicator of quality in higher education.
