All Australian universities except just a handful are subjected to regular audits by authorities to ensure that courses are updated regularly to meet international standards. Australian universities attract students from all over the world and thus need to keep to high standards and readily agree to independent reviews by organizations that carry out ranking audits. This ensures the high acceptance of Australian degrees internationally.

Edlocate also represents a number of pathway institutions too. To enter an undergraduate course directly a student must have 3 AL passes in one and the same sitting with the required grades.

For those students who do not have direct entry qualifications, a university Foundation Course is the best pathway. Students with excellent O/L results could seek graduating in an accelerated manner through university Foundation programs.
