The overall aim of the program is designed for students to develop an advanced understand­ing of the developmen­t, structure and function of bio medical science. In the first year, students will study Organic Chemistry, Biostatist­ics, Biochemist­ry and Physiology. In the second year, the students will have the opportunit­y to study Immunology and Serology, Medical Parasitolo­gy, Hematology and Phlebotomy as well as Histopatho­logy. In the third year and final year, the emphasis will be on in- depth subjects such as Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory I & II, Neuropharm­acology and students will be send for internship training to gain practical experience in an actual workplace.
