According to PrasannaAluthge the Director of OCBT, “the students will be focusing on 2D and 3D designing initially along with the decorative aspect of design. Special knowledge is given on how to communicate with a client and present ideas clearly and precisely.
Further, the student will go on to develop a deeper understanding of commercial and residential buildings, spatial layout, furnishings and decorative treatments, and documentation, he added.
