Fashion Week Colombo Swim & Resort Edition showcases four top international designers
Fashion Week Colombo, presented by Olu Tropical Water, makes its way back this July, showcasing swimwear and resort wear under a responsible fashion theme.
This season, four international designers Aviva, Heidi Klein Swim, We Are Handsome and Hot-As-Hell will take to the ramp at the Shangri- La Ballroom from July 4-7.
Heidi Klein Swim is a brand created by Heidi Gosman and Penny Klein back in 2002 and is the United Kingdom’s first one-stop holiday shop. The inspiration for their collection comes from listening to clients as well as understanding what works and what does not, culminating in the creation of exquisitely cut swimwear with an impeccable fit that evolves every season. This brand presents chic and elegant designs tailored for the well-travelled client.
Born of a desire for more simplicity, sensibility, sustainability and attainability in the designer market, Hot-As-Hell can be described as a movement, lifestyle and brand that is raising the bar as an elevated apparel. Focusing on swimwear and beach lifestyle apparel, Hot-As-Hell fulfils a need for timeless, wearable, ethical and accessible fashion. It has been created to fit every body type of a woman, clothes that she can live her life in and that will not go out of style. It is eco-friendly, has easy-care fabrics and iconic prints and colours.

attributed to the duo’s combined fashion backgrounds, wanderlust and knack for irreverence. Aviva, meanwhile, takes the basics and adds a twist to it. Understanding understated glamour, the brand reflects a millennial attitude, from lush rose prints to dusty pinks and combines Hollywood glamour with a practical sensibility. The collection was developed for the curvaceous
