In a grand opening ceremony laden with much pomp and pageantry, one of Sri Lanka’s foremost and trusted education providers, EDULINK Internatio­nal Campus unveiled its latest facility on July 4 at No.6, Glen Aber Place, Colombo 4. His Excellency James Dauris, the British High Commission­er to Sri Lanka graced the occasion by kindly accepting the invitation of D r. Mohan Pathirana, Chairman Edulink Systems Pvt.Ltd and Prof. Helen Mason Group Academic Director Edulink Consultant­s Dubai to be the honoured chief guest of this indispensa­ble moment. His Excellency James Dauris emphasized on the importance of education, importance of English Language and also the importance of UK education in Sri Lanka in his brief but valuable speech. He also spoke about the importance of maintainin­g and developing the relationsh­ip between the UK and Sri Lanka. The other distinguis­hed invitees for event included Edulink Consultant­s Group Academic Director, Prof. Helen Mason, Academic Programme Manageress and Senior MBA Lecturer, ( Ms.) Maggie Anderson, Business Developmen­t Manageress, (Ms.) Heather Yovanoof, Academic Partnershi­p Coordinato­r, (Ms.) Nicola Dennig and British Council’s Country Exam Manager, (Mr.) Simon Creasy.
